Appointments are required for notarial services and passport applications.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
9:30 - 12:00
Passport Appointments
Monday - Friday
9:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 16:30
Under the Consular Fees Act of 1955 a scale of fees apply to Notarial and passport services.

Please note that notarial services for foreign citizens are only for documents required for use in Australia.
After Hours Consular Assistance / Emergency situations
For assistance in an emergency.
Australian Citizens and Australian Permanent Residents who require urgent consular and passport assistance after normal working hours may call the Australian Embassy Tokyo on 03-5232-4111 and select option 1 to be directed to the Consular Emergency Centre in Australia.
