Consular Notarial and Passport fees
Under the Consular Fees Act of 1955 a scale of fees apply to Notarial and passport services.
With effect from 1 March 2010, the following Passport and Consular fees will apply.
Please note that fees are reviewed on the first working day of each month according to the Australian Dollar/Japanese Yen exchange rate.
If you are sending fees to us via the post, please ensure you enclose the correct fee in the form of cash or a money order (yuubin kawase).
Please note that if you send your payment to us at the end of one month and it does not arrive to us until the following month, you will be required to send us extra payment if there has been a fee increase at the start of the new month.
If you are attending an appointment in person, please note that fees are payable in cash at the time of appointment.
There are no credit card facilities available.
