Partner and Prospective Marriage Visa Applications
If you wish to apply for:
- a Partner visa (Subclass 309/100) or
- a Prospective Marriage visa (Subclass 300)
You should first read the relevant Partner Migration booklet, available for free download from the following website or purchase from the Australian Embassy.
To make a visa application at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo, you will need to complete and sign the application forms, pay the applicable visa application charge and provide the documents listed below (by mail or in person).
